Refund and Returns Policy
We are confident that you will appreciate our window breaker seatbelt cutter. But, if you change your mind, we are happy to provide a return service within 30 days from the date of receipt. We advise keeping the original packaging intact for a seamless return process. The return must comply with the terms outlined below.
Cancellation
If you cancel an order on windowbreaker.net within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Refunds requested between 24 hours after placing the order and before delivery completion will incur transaction fees. Orders are unable to be canceled beyond 30 days from the date of shipment.
Return
If you find your purchase unsatisfactory, you have the option to return the items in their original condition within a 30-day period. We offer refunds or replacements for items reported to have quality issues within 30 days of delivery. It’s important to note that products purchased at a discounted price are exempt from our return and exchange policy.
Please be advised that in the case of a return initiated due to dissatisfaction with the product, the customer bears responsibility for both the initial delivery shipping cost and the return shipping cost. However, if the return is prompted by a quality issue with the product, the customer will only be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Return Process
To begin the return process, please contact our support team. Kindly furnish proof of purchase, such as an invoice, to them. Once you have contacted them, they will give you instructions on securely packaging the products for return. Please double-check to ensure that all components are present within the package.
Refunds
Upon completion of the inspection of your returned item, an email notification will be sent to you to acknowledge receipt of your item and to inform you of the status of your refund approval.
